Bit of a learning curve for me to figure out the best way for me to handle this one due to its soft/sticky texture. Firmed it up in the freezer, broke it up a little without removing it from the packaging, then allowed it to firm up again in the freezer. Became much easier to handle s’long as I moved quickly and maybe even bothered to chill something metallic to maneuver the shatter vs directly with warm hands. Sounds like maybe “a lot”, but my tingly tongue and quickly dissipating migraine is letting me know it’s completely worth the minor effort 😛 Got this for a fantastic price, too!
