Trainwreck Strain Flower is a seriously potent sativa, producing a mellowing body high with a mental stimulant. Created from a Mexican and Thai sativa then blended with a Afghani indica, this strain packs a lot of punch. You can smoke this sativa dominant strain comfortably throughout the day even with its super high potency.

This strain is so popular due to it’s perfect balance of energy induced sativa and its Indica pain numbing buzz. Created in California by two brothers in the 70s, the name comes from when the two brothers had to pull their crop early because of a train wreck that happened near their grow and they didn’t want the police to discover their stash.

Trainwreck produces a spice taste similar to peeper, with a earthy aroma and will hit like a train after just a couple of hits. This strain is nothing short of a mental roller coaster ride, providing an intense cerebral uplifting high. You can expect a noticeable after taste of lemon with a slight cough when inhaling this strain.

Although Trainwreck is mainly sativa dominant (80:20 sativa/indica ratio), you can expect a mellowing body high in addition to a cognitive high that administers imaginative and inventive thoughts. Patients commonly use Trainwreck to relieve pain, PTSD, stress and depression.

Pine/citrus aroma accompanies the long green leaves. There’s heavy trichomes (hairs) on this strain giving it a light green color and sometimes a subtle hint of gray.

    Not a bad strain but average.

    Trainwreck is a “steady Eddy” here which is nice. Price point is excellent. Flavor profile is Trainwreck.. I find it a bit generic anytime I smoke a pheno. What it lacks in flavor though, will be made up in spades to your noggin’! Very nice “get things done” Sativa!

    Not bad. Not a super potent batch, but there is a buzz. I’ve had some wicked TW before and this pales in comparison. Would be great for beginners or occasional smokers. But for a seasoned smoker, you may want something different. My shake has a better buzz.

    I’m new to Haute. First order was decent but the Trainwreck was sub par. It came in a black bag and I couldn’t see in. I opened and glad I did. It was really musty. No mould but it has the smell like just before it starts. Hopefully just a one off. The rest of the order was as expected!

    I can’t say I care for the smell or taste, it’s kinda citrusy and makes my nose wrinkle everytime i smell it. I think others would love it, just not for me. There’s no way its over 20%. But it will do the trick and the price excuses the rest, tho I think next time I will try one of the other $3 strains.
