I guess I’ve been taking these wrong.. I took 1 capsule every other day, did not experience any major change like everyone above. Chaos was still around, I was still annoyed by it, I was not all “the grass is greener” “life is beautiful!” It did stabilize my anxiety when I took 2 .. Still annoyed by my chaos, but I can handle it better. I will be getting more!
