Product FAQ

Q: What if the packaging is damaged or gummies are missing on delivery?

A: Contact the retailer immediately to report damaged packaging or missing gummies. Provide photos and order details for a replacement or refund, per their policy.

Q: How can I troubleshoot dosing for first-time users or low-tolerance customers?

A: Start with half a gummy (5mg THC) and wait 1-2 hours to assess effects. Increase by 2.5mg increments every few days if needed, keeping a journal to track responses. Consult a doctor if unsure.

Q: What’s the best way to split doses for micro-dosing?

A: Cut the 10mg gummy into four equal 2.5mg pieces using a sharp knife. Take one piece, wait 1-2 hours, and monitor effects. Store remaining pieces in an airtight container.

Q: What should I do if I suspect mislabeling or uneven THC distribution?

A: Stop using the product and contact the retailer with batch details and concerns. Request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to verify THC content. Report to the supplier for investigation or replacement.

Q: How can I manage expectations for new users who are unfamiliar with edibles?

A: Explain that effects take 30-90 minutes to start and may last 4-6 hours. Advise starting with 5mg or less, avoiding re-dosing too soon, and staying in a comfortable setting. Warn against driving or operating machinery.

Q: Are there recommended guidelines for transitioning from other THC products like oils or vapes?

A: Start with a lower dose (5mg THC) than your usual vape or oil dose, as edibles hit differently. Wait 1-2 hours to gauge effects before adjusting. Keep a journal to compare responses.

Q: What support or resources are available for retailers or bulk buyers?

A: Contact the supplier for bulk pricing, COAs, and product details. Many offer dedicated account managers or wholesale programs for retailers.

Q: What to do if gummies are unusually soft or discolored upon arrival?

A: Do not consume soft or discolored gummies; contact the retailer immediately with photos and order details. Request a replacement or refund, as this may indicate improper storage or quality issues.

Q: How can I confirm the authenticity or quality of the product (e.g., COA or testing)?

A: Request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the retailer or manufacturer to verify THC content and purity. Check for third-party lab testing results on their website or product packaging.

Q: What’s the protocol if a customer reports poor or no effect from the product?

A: Ask about their dose, timing, and tolerance, as effects vary. Suggest waiting 1-2 hours or increasing by 2.5mg next time. Recommend consulting a doctor and verify product quality with a COA.
