The 40g strength is v nice – one lasts me 2-3 days – but the peach flavour just wasn’t as quite good as others (but maybe I’m just partial to concentrated grape flavour). Still great value and nice to have on hand if you want a personal collection of different gummy flavours, like an adult-Halloween!

Some times inconsistent from gummy to gummy but more often than not they do the trick. I was doing 2 at a time for a while and that was always enough. They seem to have about a 30-45 minute wait before they kick in hand and they last about 4 hours pretty nice to take about an hour before bed
