    Hello, after reviewing the pictures you sent the joints were packaged we believe they are fine. They were not “crushed” like you claimed. You have 3 joints that are slightly bent that can easily be fixed.

You might think this would be an issue but if you strip them out of their shell and smoke them in a pipe or bong you get a much more desired effect.
